Sweeny Todd

I enjoyed this film a lot. A horror musical, so refreshing, and who would have thought it would work so well? I liked that it was more oldschool horror than gruesome slasher. Because it's so stylized it's not (as) disturbing. The songs are great and they stick in your head for days.

Tim Burton is a wonderful director and all the cast do an excellent job. I love Jonny Depp (his voice is not bad at all) and Helena B. Carter is truly delightful. Sasha Baron Cohen and the man who plays the Beetle make for excellent casting. It's a great musical and everyone in it does a fantastic job.

Definately worth seeing.
